jamaica bay wildlife refuge
yesterday we took the 2-hour subway ride up to the jamaica bay wildlife refuge in new york city. i love going somewhere just far enough outside the city that it feels like you’re on a mini day trip. it smelled like the beach (it was right next to the water) and we were basically the only ones there. enjoy the photos, and i would highly recommend a visit. it’s one stop past the JFK...
